Summers inland at Busselton and Vasse run hot and dry, but the Capes winters are noticeably cooler and wetter than Perth, and Margaret River gets a real winter, so reverse-cycle that both cools and heats earns its keep where older evaporative-only or wood-heat setups leave gaps. Don’t get ripped off: red flags
